An unresponsive button means the page script never ran. Content blockers and outdated cache files are the usual causes, and both are quickly resolved.
The solution
- Perform a hard refresh of the page, then paste the link and try again.
- Allow this site in your ad blocker or privacy extension, then reload.
- Test in a private window, if the button works there, an extension in your regular window is responsible.
- Confirm the field actually contains a link before pressing the button.
Why this happens
The button passes your link to a small script. Content blockers and outdated cached files can prevent that script from loading at all.
Add this site to your blocker’s allow list once, and every future visit will work immediately.
