Browser Blocked the Download
Browsers guard downloads, and occasionally that protection is triggered by a perfectly normal video. A blocked or missing file usually comes down to a single permission.
The solution
- If asked whether to allow downloads from this site, choose Allow.
- Check the download list first, blocked files often wait there with a Keep or Retry option.
- On iPhone and iPad, press the button again after granting the permission Safari requests.
- Confirm that storage space is available, a full disk closely resembles a blocked download.
Why this happens
Protection heuristics flag bursts of multiple files and anything unusual. The setting applies per site, so allowing it once covers every future download.
The permission is remembered per browser, the prompt will not reappear unless you clear the site settings.
